This integration will allow you to synchronize Properties and Reservations from Hostaway.

Steps to connect to BeHome247

1. Generate Hostaway API key

First of all, you will need to generate your Hostaway API key, as follows.

• Go to Hostaway.

• Go to Settings > Hostaway API

• Under the Hostaway Public API, you will find:

  • Click on the Create button
  • Enter a name
  • You will see the API key. It will be shown one time! Make sure to save it

  

  • You will also need your Account ID. You can find it in Settings

  

2. Connect your BeHome247 account

• In order to open an account with BeHome247 please contact us. We will respond within 24 hours and one of our representatives will guide you through all the steps.
• Provide the generated API Key to your representative and the connection will be taken care of for you. You will be notified once everything is ready.

3. Validate your integration

To check that the integration is working properly, your BeHome247 representative will trigger the initial synchronization process where all your properties and reservations will be transferred from Hostaway and notify you when you’re ready for the kick off!
